Sassy Monkey!

No. The Sassy Monkey isn't some new dance craze!

Let me tell you about it. 

Not so very long ago, I was reading one of my favorite blogs, It's Just Jennifer. I've never met this lady before, but at times it seems she is living in my brain! And she's a Rock Star Crocheter!!!

So. It was her birthday and she decided to share the love and do a giveaway.

I ended up winning!!!

It was muy exciting! I'd never won a giveaway before!

But the SUPER exciting part was the Giveaway Item.

Busy Busy Bees

This is a crazy busy weekend for us! Birthday party last night, craft fair & birthday party today and I'm co-hosting a baby shower tomorrow! So I don't have a lot of time for crafty stuff.

I've been slowly walking around the house and making my list of Spring Clean & Re-Vamps that I would like to get done in the next few months. It's dauntingly looooooong.

So when I got to the Happy Purple Dream that is Kat's room, I was refreshed. There are negotiations going on for Kat to inherit my mother's bedroom set that she had when she was a girl. WHITE! White furniture against Midnight Waltz (or something like that...Moonlight Waltz...Cinderella stuff) walls. Ahhhhh.

I noticed that we only have the standard ceiling light in Kat's room. No lamps, no Glitzy Glam. BORING! We need to update the lights in Girlie Room!

I then did what ANY mother would do. I quickly put the Littles down for a Nap and started window shopping online! I'm sure you've all heard about CSN Stores before...I think I'm the only one who was living in the Dark Ages there. Anyway, they're HUGE! They've got 200+ online stores and millions of products.

Guess What? They've got LIGHTS! And I fell in love with a few of them...

This screams, "I'm a Princess!"

Or we could leave the ceiling light and go with some table lamps.

But this ceiling fan goes well with her Tinker Bell stuff.
